THE BEGINNING

Isabella has had a deep interest in music since she was a little girl, brilliantly singing along to and creating her own renditions of nursery rhymes before she was 2 years old. When pre-school commenced, her talent only flourished as she created a song on the spot for each one of her classmates and even objects in the classroom. Since then, she's used her talent in voice and combined it with her similar loves in acting and dance to take to the stage. Since elementary school, she's starred in musicals such as Peter Pan (Pirate), Annie (Lily St. Regis), Shrek (Villager/Guard/Little Red Riding Hood), Jekyll & Hyde (Ensemble), The Addams Family (Ancestor), and Chicago (Mary Sunshine) and has grown to love being under the spotlight.

LEARNING PIANO & COMPOSITION

In her middle school years, she discovered her love for Piano and self-taught herself the instrument, practicing for 2 hours each day during quarantine in 2020. This led her to become an intermediate-advanced musician on the instrument and to compose two of her own pieces. She eventually joined an Advanced Keyboard class in her freshman year of high school and performed the advanced piece "Isabella's Lullaby" at her school's Spring Concert, winning Most Valuable Pianist out of her entire piano ensemble in May 2022.

 

MAKING A MUSICAL & RELEASING ORIGINAL MUSIC

Isabella had additionally self-taught herself how to produce music on GarageBand in middle school and fused this love into her biggest project yet: an original musical! She is the creator of a Pop-Rock Superhero Musical Fly High! which she completely wrote and composed the 13 songs for by herself. The project is five years in the making, starting from 2020 and ending in 2025, with a complete Original Cast Recording with a cast of singers who recorded their vocals across the United States. Throughout high school and university, Isabella additionally created and released 5 of her own original songs to all music streaming platforms, completely written and produced by herself: "Queen of Cornotopia," "Open Road," "Loud One," "Out of the Dark," and "People." She primarily uses the software Logic Pro X to record and create original music. She has created 30+ original songs total and has released 20+ covers of Pop/Musical Theatre music.

 

PERFORMING IN SHOW CHOIR & AT HER HIGH SCHOOL GRDAUTION

In high school, she also actively participated in Chorus and Show Choir, choreographing dance routines and performing solos across Florida. She has performed at school concerts, local venues, singing festivals such as "All County," The King Center, Universal Studios City Walk, and for her High School Graduation in front of a crowd of 4,000 individuals. In January 2023, at a District Vocal Competition (Solo and Ensemble), she received a Superior for her solos "Burn" from the hit musical Hamilton and "I Know Things Now" from Into The Woods and received an Excellent for both solos at the State Level in March 2023. At this, she received the award for Most Improved Musician in May 2023, voted by her show choir group.

 

CONDUCTING A SYMPHONY & WINNING AWARDS

Senior year of high school, Isabella's Original Symphony "Journey Calls" she self-composed as part of her AICE Music Class was specifically picked by her Chorus/Orchestra Director to perform live at the Spring Concert. It was an honor to have the 30+ student state-acclaimed Symphony Orchestra perform her original piece while Isabella conducted the performance. At her final music banquet, she was additionally proud to receive the Director's Award in May 2025, which is only awarded to one senior student out of the entire Chorus department. She is additionally proud to be one of the Winners of the NAMT Musical Theatre Songwriting Challenge for High School Students with her original song "Out of the Dark" for its 2025 season. Her song was selected to be one of the 8 winning songs out of 61 songs submitted from songwriters across 23 states.
